As for what is Sibutramine, it is usualy prescribed for weight loss. Here is a link for a rigorous defintion: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sibutramine.
I think one has to be careful with this subject as she might had a medical condition which required this substance but on the other hand, this product is clearly in the list of banned substances: http://www.idsf.net/anti-doping/WADA_list_2007.pdf. This product also exists under comercial names like "Meridia" or "Reductil" and maybe she did not realise it was banned.
Since people seem always to talk about positive tests, here are some good news from the last World Latin Champs:
TEST RESULTS WORLD LATIN KARLSRUHE*
As reported before a team of the IDSF Anti-Doping Commission headed by the IDSDF Anti-Doping Director performed ant-doping tests at the World Championships Latin, held at Karlsruhe, Germany, on September 30th 2006. 6 athletes have been tested, 3 ladies and 3 man: Motshegetsi Mabuse, Germany Neil Jones, the Netherlands Matej Krajcer, Slovenia Peter Stokkebroe, Danmark Kristina Joel Stokkebroe, Denmark Wei Wei, China. All tests are reported negative by the laboratory. Congratulations to the athletes tested. THINK POSITIVE, TEST NEGATIVE.
