Well, in my headline it is written, that I have 1 new message, if I try to klick on it, I see nothing (nor new nor old messages)

S-dance2,

Probably you have an old Private Message. By default, in Private messages it only displays messages which are less than 2 months old. You can change this by going to the bottom of the page, click on "Options" and change the filter.

Peter Hello

I am sorry to say that I am having the same problem.

I have changedo the filter to "Show All" but that does not help.

Thank you for reporting this issue.

We have now recovered private posts which were sent before the 22nd of January 2007 (the upgrade to the new system) - they should be now accessible in your inbox.

We are still investigating what could have caused this.

But february messages are lost? Because after restart of the system I was not abe to login with my old account (forgotten the password, and you have no reminder), so my new account ist only few days old, and the messages also...

Unfortunately, it looks like a few messages are lost. Although not a cancellation for you, overall they are less than 10 lost messages. We are sorry for this. We still try to find a way to recover them but do not have high hopes that it will be successful. We have put in countermeasures to ensure it won't happen in the future.

Peter  I only have one private from yesterda an one today.

 

All my other messages are listed but I cannot read them I just get a message about an "Error" in some "application".  There are more than 30 so I hope they are not lost,

 

I have reported by e-mail to the webmaster and forwarded copy of the received message which I hoe will be of some help to solve the problems.

 

This is not a criticism so I hope that will be understood.

I can access the page that shows my messages, but I can't open them. I keep getting an error page instead. Can someone help me?
